Tomato Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans of diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 Tbsp (GF) veggie soup powder
  • 1/2 cup (28 g) shredded cheddar (V) cheese
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a high-quality blender (I use the Vitamix) container in order listed and secure lid
  • Increase speed to high
  • Blend for 5-6 minutes or until heavy steam escapes through the vented lid
