(28 g) shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high-quality blender (I use a Vitamix) in the order listed.
Secure the lid tightly.
Increase speed to high
Blend for 5 to 6 minutes, or until heavy steam escapes through the vented lid.
Pour into your favorite bowl, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy warm.
