Small Traditions Matter

This lavender sleep elixir is a simple reminder that rest is something we can practice.

Small actions often create the biggest impact. That idea is at the heart of Petite Practice®.

Sometimes it starts with a warm mug before bed.

My Favorite Lavender

A small pinch of lavender goes a long way.

This is the culinary lavender I use for this recipe.

This recipe is one small way I practice slowing down with intention.
