Ingredients

hot water

grated ginger

coconut nectar or a bit of liquid stevia

lemon, juice it, if small, use the full lemon

cayenne pepper

turmeric
Instructions
Pour hot water and grated ginger into pot. Bring to boil
Strain mixture and pour into cup.
Mix coconut nectar or maple syrup, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and turmeric.
