Immunity boosting tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 inches grated ginger
  • 2 tsp coconut nectar or a bit of liquid stevia
  • ½ lemon, juice it, if small, use the full lemon
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Pour hot water and grated ginger into pot. Bring to boil
  • Strain mixture and pour into cup.
  • Mix coconut nectar or maple syrup, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and turmeric.
