This red bell pepper dip is a delicious with veggie sticks, pita bread or chips

Instructions
Blend or process all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth
Notes
Use it as a delicious dip with veggie sticks, pita bread or chips
You can even add some sunflower seeds on top for an extra protein boost
The dip can be saved in the fridge for a few days
It is super versatile, you can use it as a dip, dressing, or just by itself
