cinnamon stick

edible lavender steeped like tea or lavender syrup

stevia, or coconut nectar (optional)

vanilla extract
alcohol-free
Instructions
Heat the almond milk, cinnamon stick, and lavender in a small saucepan over medium heat to just under a boil.
Stir in vanilla extract and maple syrup for additional 1 minute. Strain and enjoy!
