Lavender Sleep Elixir

Ingredients
1 1/2
cups
unsweetened almond milk
1
cinnamon stick
1
teaspoon
edible lavender, steeped like tea, or 1 teaspoon lavender syrup
2
teaspoons
stevia or coconut nectar, optional
½
teaspoon
alcohol-free vanilla extract
Instructions
Heat the almond milk, cinnamon stick, and lavender in a small saucepan over medium heat until just below a boil.
Remove from heat and let steep briefly.
Stir in vanilla extract and sweetener, if using.
Strain into a mug and enjoy warm.
