0:00 Why I Live By Lists
Well, hello there. Welcome back to the Happy Healthy Hustle podcast. I’m your host, Dr. Christiane Schroeter, and today we’re going to talk about one of my absolute favorite things, making lists. I’m going to share my 25 in 2025 list with you. Yes, I know I’m that type of person, but listen, lists help me stay focused, organized, and honestly, they make my life way more fun. Maybe it’s the German in me. Efficiency, order, But also, I used to spend my spring breaks in Paris, and I learned there that life needs a little bit more joie de vivre. Right? So naturally, my lists are always a good mix of both. I have the structure, but I also have the spontaneity, the productivity, and the pleasure. Right? So let’s come to my 25 in 2025 lists. One of my friends actually shared hers with me and I thought, why not? Not just because I love a good checklist. It’s going to help me make it accountable. Yes. Let’s be honest, right?
1:05 The 25 in 2025 Idea
I need that accountability. So here it is, 25 things I’m going to do this year. Some of them are practical, some of them are just for fun, and some they’re just kind of things that make life really, really good. So grab your coffee or your matcha or your tea, and let’s dive in. So I am going to get started with the fun and adventure category because life is more than work. First, in 2025, I’m going to try some kind of guided meditation, acupuncture, or a sound bath. I once did a sound bath and whoa, it was like my brain went on vacation. Second on my list is I’m going to take a solo trip to Nashville. I did that last year. And oh my gosh, it was such an amazing thing for my career. I started working on my book. I published an amazing article. Third, I’m going to host some kind of salad,

greens and garden party. I’m thinking it’s going to be like smoothies, striped straws, maybe colorful fruit skewers and this kind of fun party. And I’m going to link one of my favorite party games which is called Taboo. So my c’est la vie mode. Little things that spark joy. And this will be number four. I’m going to finish my Invisalign treatment. If you’re thinking about getting one, talk to me. I have so many tips but I also have lots of different accessories. I’m going to publish my second book in 2025 and I talk about my books like my babies. Love them, love writing them, love publishing them. Number six, I’

m going to find a new mocha coffee. My favorite one got discontinued. So I’m on the hunt right now. If you have a great mushroom based coffee, let me know. Number seven, I’m going to start a daily gratitude practice and I’m writing down in a journal every night. It ends your day with gratitude. Three things that were your daily wins. Number eight, I’m going to apply for TEDx speaking engagements because I have a lot to say and the TEDx stage sounds like a perfect place to say it. Number nine, I’m going to continue writing down all my wins from 2024. I only did January so far, so that’s my confession but I’m working on it. So let’s get to the business and growth section because my big dreams have big dreams, right? Number 10, I’m going to create some kind of freebie that helps you discover your superpower because the world needs more quick wins that help people step into their strength.
4:45 Business and Growth Goals
Number 11 on my Instagram I’m going to show some kind of favorite tools reels because people always ask me what is it that you use here and there. I also want to create an about me highlight on Instagram because it’s fun to get a little bit of European flair but also the business smarts. Number 13, I’m going to find and apply for some kind of business award because why not, right? Number 14, I’m going to spend an hour in some kind of writing project. This planner that I got is actually a paper planner and it’s really mind blowing how great it is to write things down by hand and then look at them. Let’

I’m going to find my signature scent, something chic, fresh and a little bit mysterious. Number 16, I’m going to use my body scrub and lip scrubs more consistently. I really like using hand scrubs. I use face scrubs a lot but I just need a little bit more consistency. Number 17, I got a new air fryer. It has six different functions so I will learn some of those six. Let’s get into the efficiency mode because German organization never leaves me. Number 18, I’m going to create a really nice warm welcome sequence, so that if you subscribe to my emails, I really want to put my best foot forward. Number 19, I’m going to update my tools and resources page. Number 20, I’

Number 21, really refreshing my LinkedIn page. If you go there right now, it’s a time capsule, so don’t even look at this. Number 22, I’m going to give my business Facebook page a makeover as well. I know it’s a total ghost town right now. Number 23, decluttering 100 things. And my secret weapon is I have label makers and label makers keep your world organized. Number 24, cleaning up my Canva account. That’s also where I actually write my book. Number 25. That’
